Polsinelli Represents DispatchHealth in Agreement to Merge with Medically Home
Polsinelli recently provided regulatory and antitrust counsel to DispatchHealth, a leading provider of high-acuity, in-home medical care for people experiencing serious health concerns, in the company’s definitive agreement to merge with Medically Home, a hospital-at-home technology enablement model for health systems and physician groups to safely provide care at home.
Upon closing, Medically Home will become part of DispatchHealth. The combined entity will extend care into the homes of patients across 50 metropolitan areas in partnership with nearly 40 health systems.
The merger is expected to close mid-2025, subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals.
