Polsinelli recently advised MedImpact, the nation’s largest independent pharmacy benefit and health solutions company, on its acquisition of Sav-Rx, a Nebraska-based provider of pharmacy benefit management services focused on organized labor.

This strategic transaction strengthens MedImpact’s pharmacy benefit management platform by expanding its market reach and capabilities, particularly among union and labor-focused clients.
