Austin Green advises developers, real estate investment funds, REITs, institutional owners and investors on sophisticated commercial real estate transactions throughout Texas and across the United States. His practice focuses on guiding clients through every stage of the real estate investment and development lifecycle, including acquisitions and dispositions, development, commercial leasing, financing and asset management matters.

Austin regularly represents buyers and sellers in complex commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions involving single-asset and multi-property portfolios across a broad range of asset classes, including industrial, multifamily, office, retail, mixed-use and raw land developments. A significant portion of Austin’s practice is devoted to advising clients on industrial real estate developments, where he assists with site acquisition, project development, financing, development agreements, commercial leasing and eventual disposition. He also represents landlords, tenants and property owners in negotiating office, industrial, retail and mixed-use leases.

Prior to joining Polsinelli, Austin was a partner in the real estate section of a Texas-based business law firm, where he represented developers, investors, owners and operators in high-value commercial real estate transactions nationwide.

In addition to his private practice, Austin currently serves on the City of Dallas Tax Increment Financing Reinvestment Zone Seventeen Board.
