Joseph Hubbard is a commercial litigator and trial attorney who represents companies, shareholders and individuals in high-stakes disputes, with a focus on shareholder and ownership litigation and securities matters. He tries cases in state and federal courts and handles proceedings in arbitration and before administrative agencies. His work includes disputes involving corporate control, fiduciary duties, investor claims and other complex business conflicts where significant financial and operational interests are at stake.

Joseph manages matters from initial strategy through trial, coordinating discovery, developing case themes and examining witnesses in court and at arbitration. He regularly serves as outside litigation counsel to businesses, aligning dispute strategy with broader operational and long-term objectives.

A leader within the legal community, Joseph is the immediate past President of the Nashville Bar Association.
