Polsinelli Represents Saltair in Sale to TSG Consumer

Polsinelli recently represented body care brand Saltair in in the sale of a majority interest in the company to TSG Consumer.

Founded in 2022, Saltair develops body care products that combine skincare ingredients with fragrances at accessible prices. The partnership with TSG Consumer provides Saltair with additional resources to support its next phase of growth while maintaining the brand’s product strategy, inclusive identity and strong connection with its community.
