Cahlen Cheatham assists clients with investment, finance and corporate transactions, including private M&A, private credit, real estate and general corporate matters. He supports transaction teams by drafting purchase, governance, financing and ancillary commercial documents, reviewing title, UCC and organizational diligence materials and helping clients move deals from diligence through closing.
Before entering private practice, Cahlen advised higher education executives on strategic planning, economic development and real estate initiatives.
