Christian Fabian guides private equity sponsors and domestic and international businesses through U.S. and cross-border transactions, helping clients execute strategic acquisitions, investments and other complex business transactions. He represents clients across the automotive, professional services, food and beverage, consumer products, life sciences, gaming and technology sectors in public and private mergers, tender offers, stock and asset acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and strategic alliances. His practice also includes advising on private equity investments, exits, rollover transactions, recapitalizations, private placements and corporate governance matters.

In addition to his M&A practice, Christian brings a strong governance practice supporting accounting and other professional services firms. He counsels boards and firm leadership on fiduciary duties, firm policies and amendments to governing documents, helping clients address the corporate and governance issues that shape ownership, management and strategic decision-making.
