Claire Rowland represents hospitals and health systems in disputes involving health care coverage, reimbursement and payment issues. She works closely with members of the firm’s managed care and payor disputes team to support clients through all stages of litigation, including case assessment, legal research, motion practice, discovery and the development of arguments tied to plan terms, provider relationships and applicable law.

Claire brings a litigation and legal research background to her managed care and payor disputes practice, including prior work involving medical malpractice and general liability matters and experience as a law clerk for a federal magistrate judge. She draws on that foundation to evaluate complex disputes, develop case strategies and support clients in matters shaped by detailed records and health care operations.
