Cori Leonard Young’s practice is focused primarily on commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) and Freddie Mac (CME) servicing transactions over the last 23 years, and there is very little she has not encountered when it comes to servicing issues.
Her strong real estate background – 15 years as a general real estate law practitioner before shifting focus – coupled with her knowledge of CMBS, CME and general lending practices and servicing standards give her a perspective that her clients count on for coming up with solid advice and innovative solutions to almost any servicing transaction issue.
She has handled numerous of transactions including loan assumptions, consent to equity transfers, loan modifications and conditionally permitted equity transfers, as well as individual property releases, partial releases, easements, collateral alterations, REO sales and preferred equity investments.
