- Represented national REIT borrower in multimillion dollar refinance of the Country Club Plaza in Kansas City, Missouri.
- Represented national owner/manager of golf courses in acquisition and leasing of numerous golf courses throughout the U.S.
- Served as lead outside real estate counsel for leading national restaurant franchisor.
- Served as lead outside real estate counsel for national hardware company in its leasing, acquisition and disposition of retail sites across the United States, as well as in two major reorganizations.
