Daniel Cohen advises private equity sponsors, strategic acquirors and family offices on complex M&A and investment transactions. His practice spans platform and add-on acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, carve-outs, strategic mergers, growth equity investments and joint ventures. He also represents public and private companies in special situations transactions and other strategic deals. In addition to transactional work, Daniel counsels clients on corporate governance, structuring and general business matters.

Prior to joining Polsinelli, Daniel practiced at a leading international law firm and completed secondments with two global investment managers — shaping how he advises clients on deal strategy, execution and risk.
