Dan Hoelting practices in our litigation and dispute resolution practice area. He works to develop outcome-driven litigation strategies aligned with each client’s business goals. Dan’s practice focuses on representing businesses and organizations in commercial litigation matters and disputes.

His experience includes drafting and arguing appellate briefs, preparing for and taking lay witness, independent witness, and expert depositions, and handling all aspects of litigation matters from pre-suit through dispositive motions, mediation, arbitration and trial.
