Danielle Holt supports the Corporate & Transactional practice with an emphasis on Third Party Administrator (TPA) Producer and Adjuster licensing. Her responsibilities include assisting attorneys with new initial licensing projects, maintaining company license renewals, audit letters and other departmental support.

Danielle has been in the legal field for over five years and has a strong Corporate Governance and Broad Insurance background. She has assisted in several licensing matters and internal regulatory filings.
