Polsinelli recently represented Roofing Services Solutions (RSS), a portfolio company of Dunes Point Capital (DPC), in acquiring Minesota-based Midwest Roofing, Siding & Windows, a provider of re-roofing and exterior remodeling services to residential, multi-family and commercial customers.
