Eleanor provides reimbursement, 340B drug pricing program, Medicare provider-based analysis, fraud and abuse compliance and other regulatory support to a broad set of health care entities including multi-hospital health systems, community hospitals, FQHCs, pharmacies, physician practices and home health agencies. Eleanor regularly supports health care providers to navigate licensing, certification and Medicare and Medicaid enrollment requirements. She also works as a regulatory specialist on health care transactions including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and reorganizations.

Prior to law school, Eleanor worked as a paralegal for many years. During law school, Eleanor served as a judicial intern to Special Master Brian Corcoran, Court of Federal Claims Office of Special Masters and as a legal intern to the general counsel of a national health care non-profit.
