Eli Greenspan represents health care clients before Congress and federal agencies, developing legislative strategies and advocacy campaigns that advance their policy priorities. His work spans Medicare coverage, pharmaceutical reimbursement, diagnostics development, health care workforce challenges and issues affecting physicians and health care providers.

Eli advises clients on federal health care developments and identifies opportunities to engage key committees, agencies and policymakers. He develops legislative proposals and prepares the talking points, sign-on letters and briefing materials that carry an advocacy campaign forward. His clients range from pharmaceutical and medical device companies to trade associations and patient advocacy organizations. That work has produced congressional report language, new legislation and favorable agency outcomes on issues central to his clients' missions.

Eli leads and participates in coalitions, including a coalition of more than 40 national health care organizations focused on health workforce legislation. He plans and executes congressional briefings and advocacy day fly-ins, works with national stakeholders on health care and immigration-specific workforce issues and has prepared clients to testify before the House and Senate Judiciary committees. He also helps organizations build lasting government affairs capacity, standing up advocacy programs and speaking at national conferences on health workforce shortages and the physician pipeline.

Eli started his career on Capitol Hill working for Senator Martin Heinrich of New Mexico on health care, education and appropriations issues.
