Elizabeth Gross offers practical and focused solutions for employers facing employee management issues by providing a broad range of support, such as:
- Counseling on employee matters;
- Preparing employee policies and procedures;
- Providing targeted training to employees on a variety of topics, including harassment, management and supervisory responsibilities, and confidentiality; and
- Drafting and negotiating employment agreements, restrictive covenant agreements, retention agreements, severance agreements, and other employment related contracts.
Liz also regularly assists clients with internal investigations, responding to agency audits and complaints, defending against employee lawsuits, and enforcing clients’ rights under restrictive covenant agreements. Liz also has significant experience assisting clients with employment-related aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and other transactions.
