Emily Heimbecker represents employers in employment litigation and workplace disputes, advising clients on matters involving discrimination, retaliation and harassment claims. Clients rely on Emily for practical guidance in navigating complex employment issues in both state and federal forums.

Emily assists clients throughout all stages of litigation, including early case assessment, motion practice and dispute resolution. She works with employers across a range of industries, including corporate, retail and manufacturing, to develop strategies aligned with their operational and business goals.

In addition to litigation, Emily advises clients on employment policies, compliance obligations and workplace practices. She has experience counseling human resources and executive teams on managing risk, responding to employee complaints and implementing policies designed to prevent disputes.

Emily is passionate about employment issues impacting the fashion industry, as demonstrated by her Fashion Law Institute Certificate from Fordham University. Having worked in retail, Emily recognizes the need for practical legal advice meeting business needs. 

Emily served two secondments as Interim Employment & Litigation Counsel at Louis Vuitton, during which she counseled the executive suite, legal and human resources teams on litigation, policies and legislation in the United States and Canada.
