Polsinelli recently represented Enpower, a California-based independent energy producer, in the sale of its wholly owned subsidiary, Wadham, to High Rock Energy Group, an infrastructure fund focused on power and water projects. Wadham Energy owns and operates a 27 MW rice husk biomass-fueled energy facility in Colusa County, Calif., which has provided baseload renewable energy to the California market for more than 30 years.

This transaction positions the Wadham facility for continued operation while supporting Enpower’s strategic objectives and ensuring the ongoing delivery of renewable baseload power to California.
