Novogradac 2024 Historic Tax Credit Conference

Polsinelli attorneys Shawn Whitney and Courtney Tawresey will share insights on Historic Tax Credits (HTC) at the conference.

• Thirty-eight states have state-level HTCs, but there's a wide range in the details. Shawn, along with fellow panelists, will provide insight into issues to consider with state HTCs and what to expect.
• Courtney will present on HTC Basics where she'll provide an introduction on the HTC, including working with the National Park Service and state historic preservation office, applying for credits and a discussion of HTC concept such as qualified rehabilitation expenditures and buildings, credit recapture, minimum expenditures test, 50(d) income, deal structuring and state HTCs.
