Martina focuses her practice on tax credit finance and other structured finance transactions. Her attention to detail and ability to anticipate needs allows her to solve complex issues quickly and efficiently. She provides counsel to a variety of clients ranging from developers, lenders, investors and low-income housing tax credit (LIHTC) syndicators throughout the life-cycle of their transactions.

Prior to joining Polsinelli, Martina served as Government Affairs Director for a local real estate industry trade association and most recently worked for a large Midwest law firm where her focus included real estate acquisition, disposition, leasing and finance.
