Prior to re-joining Polsinelli this year, Genniveve served as Chief Legal Officer at a high-growth vertically integrated real estate investment firm, where she handled global risk management, real estate acquisitions, dispositions and finance, leasing, joint venture partnerships and corporate structuring, fund compliance and general corporate matters. She began her legal career with Polsinelli in the Capital Markets group where she represented several global lenders in CMBS loan origination, securitization and servicing.
