Hannah Esquenazi’s practice primarily involves representing financial institutions in litigation, with a focus on advising clients about emerging legal and regulatory risks. She has significant experience handling disputes related to complex commercial financial transactions and consumer financial products, including asset-backed securities backed by residential mortgage loans and private student loans.
Prior to joining the firm, Hannah practiced financial litigation at another international law firm. She also served as a Regional Voter Protection Director in Pennsylvania for the Coordinated Democratic Campaign, where she worked to protect citizens’ rights to vote.
During law school, Hannah served as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Judge Juan R. Torruella of the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.
