Spinola serves as executive director of Polsinelli Online Solutions for Home Care (POSH), a scalable online subscription platform designed to assist home-based care employers of all sizes with staying compliant with the myriad of federal, state and municipal laws applicable to the industry, and Polsinelli Online Solutions for Everyone (POSSE), an online subscription service that equips businesses with comprehensive tools and resources needed to satisfy diverse compliance requirements. 

Spinola was previously recognized by ALM’s 2025 Southeastern Legal Awards as a Legal Innovator for POSH.
