Am Law 100 firm Polsinelli is pleased to announce that several of its attorneys have been ranked in the 2023 Patexia ITC Section 337 Intelligence Report. Shareholders Deanna Tanner Okun and Daniel F. Smith, and Associate Sean Wesp were each ranked multiple times in this year’s report. Okun was named among the top 20 most active and best performing in several categories. The trio joined Polsinelli in early 2023 together with four additional attorneys to launch the firm’s ITC Section 337 Litigation & Trade Remedies Practice.
