Sean Wesp focuses his practice on International Trade Commission (ITC) matters, intellectual property disputes and trade-related cases. He represents technology and manufacturing companies in complex Section 337 investigations and related disputes.

Sean delivers thorough research, clear analysis and effective written advocacy in Section 337 matters. He has participated in eight Section 337 hearings before the U.S. International Trade Commission, involving technologies ranging from toys and medical lamps to advanced semiconductor fabrication. Clients rely on him for timely, practical insight on complex technical and legal issues.

Sean also represents clients in district court litigation involving patent and trademark infringement. He helps develop case strategies, manage discovery filings and disputes, and prepares pleadings and motions.

Sean earned his J.D. and B.S. from The George Washington University, where he received the Suzanne Richards Scholar Award and the George Washington Scholar Award for ranking in the top 1% to 15% of his class over multiple semesters. He was a member of The George Washington Law Review, the Moot Court Board, the Student Intellectual Property Law Association, and the Van Vleck Competition.
