- Represented national real estate investor with its $18 million acquisition of a 45,000-square-foot luxury design center in Nashville, Tennessee.
- Represented privately held company on the $54 million sale of a multi-state, multi-facility asset portfolio.
- Represented privately held health care company on its relocation and lease of the entire office portion of a building containing nearly 80,000 square feet in Nashville, Tennessee.
