David Wicker’s drive to resolve complex legal challenges and his hands-on experience with private development and public finance make him a strong partner to clients tackling real estate, economic development and employment projects. His practice encompasses the development, acquisition, sale and financing of commercial real estate. From obtaining financing and acquiring land to the project’s development, lease-up and disposition, he represents owners, developers, lenders and other participants in a wide array of real estate transactions across residential, health care, retail, industrial, mixed-use, multifamily and office sectors.

David also guides clients on corporate and commercial transactions, forming and modifying business entities and joint ventures, and the documentation of syndicated credit facilities, asset-based loans, real estate financing and the extension of credit to various types of businesses.
