  • Represented Thompson Street Capital Partners in acquisitions, dispositions and operational matters for portfolio companies, including:
    • The acquisition of Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers, operational guidance and add-on acquisitions during Thompson Street’s period of ownership and the subsequent sale of Freddy’s to investment funds affiliated with Rhône, a global private equity firm.
    • Multiple acquisitions to establish the Isto Biologics platform, operational advice during Thompson Street’s period of ownership, multiple acquisitions by Isto to expand the platform including the acquisitions of TheraCell, Inc. and Advanced Biologics / Biologica Technologies and later represented Thompson Street Capital Partners in the sale of a majority stake in Isto Biologics to Keensight Capital
    • PestCo Holdings, LLC, in multiple acquisitions of residential and commercial pest control businesses across the U.S., including equity and asset purchases of family-owned and regional providers of pest control solutions.
  • Represented a leading health care AI company in its acquisition of a pioneering AI-powered, tech-enabled health care platform.
  • Represented a leading national provider of home care for seniors and people living with disabilities in the acquisitions of the home care operations of an in-home care provider and a home care health services provider designed specifically for seniors or persons with developmental disabilities.
  • Represented a leading outsourcing company that offers revenue cycle management solutions for health care organizations in its acquisition of all the assets of an outsourcing company providing revenue cycle management solutions.
  • Led team in a $223 million purchase by BioScrip, Inc. of the assets of CarePoint Partners, LLC and its subsidiaries
