Drawing on more than 30 years of experience, Jane builds lasting client relationships by combining sound legal judgment with a clear understanding of her clients’ business priorities. She advises private equity sponsors, strategic purchasers and sellers on mergers, acquisitions and divestitures across industries, with deep experience in the heath care sector. Clients turn to Jane for comprehensive support throughout the deal lifecycle. From initial acquisitions and new enterprise formations to ongoing operational challenges and exit transactions, Jane provides sophisticated guidance aligned with evolving industry demands.

Jane also contributes to advancing diversity and inclusion within the firm, having served as Chair for Polsinelli’s Women’s Empowerment Committee from 2015 through 2023. Currently, Jane is the Business Department Co-Chair and from 2017 through 2023, she also served as Office Managing Partner of the St. Louis office, further underscoring her leadership within the firm.
