Jason Romero advises institutional investors, developers, lenders, technology companies, manufacturers and corporate operators on high-performance infrastructure, including complex, energy-intensive assets where computer, energy and industrial systems converge. He has worked on projects involving data centers and related digital infrastructure, advanced manufacturing and smart industrial, prefabrication and modular production and other mission-critical infrastructure.

Jason’s practice spans the full lifecycle of high-performance infrastructure, from market entry, site selection and acquisition, incentives, government relations and power procurement through joint ventures, project finance, build-to-suit leasing and development, construction, compliance, insurance and ongoing operations.

Beyond infrastructure projects, Jason serves as a strategic advisor to executive leadership teams on the legal, operational and business matters that shape enterprise growth and performance. Drawing on his experience as both an executive and outside counsel, he helps companies develop and integrate corporate strategy, key partnerships, legal and external affairs, while anticipating challenges, aligning stakeholders and strengthening executive decision-making.

Prior to joining Polsinelli, Jason served as executive vice president of growth at QTS Data Centers, where he helped lead leasing and development of some of the world's largest AI infrastructure projects. He later served as chief operating officer and chief legal officer at Mantle DC, an early-stage AI company focused on next-generation GPU deployments. Earlier, he served as vice president and associate general counsel at Platform Ventures, where he helped lead investment, development, financing and strategic growth initiatives across multiple real estate and infrastructure platforms.
