Jill Luby represents credit funds, commercial banks and other lending institutions as well as private equity sponsors and corporate borrowers in a variety of domestic and international finance transactions. Her experience includes acquisition financings, cash-flow and asset-based financings, secured and unsecured lending, mezzanine and subordinated debt financings and fund finance.

Jill advises and guides clients through all steps of the transaction—from drafting and negotiating term sheets through documentation and eventual payoff or restructuring.
