John Craiger is a veteran trial lawyer with over 18 years of experience and is based in Phoenix, Arizona. His practice focuses on commercial litigation and creditors’ rights. He has represented companies and individuals in litigation disputes arising from breach of contract, fraud, defamation and other business related tort claims in both jury and bench trials.

John works with banks and other financial institutions to enforce commercial loan obligations, protect interests in real property and personal property collateral and maximize recovery of outstanding debts through the use of pre-judgment and post-judgment remedies including, replevins, attachments, garnishments and receiverships.

He also represented court-appointed receivers and has advised landlords on their rights under commercial leases including eviction actions and lockouts.

As a community member, Craiger volunteers his time serving on the Fiesta Bowl Committee, a non-profit that executes innovative experiences, drives economic growth and champions charitable causes, inspiring pride in all Arizonans. He has also been recognized as an NITA Advocate by the National Institute for Trial Advocacy.
