Joshua M. McCaig is a commercial litigator with experience representing clients in the real estate, health care, communications and general corporate sectors. Drawing on his legal and business background, Joshua advises Fortune-recognized companies on national litigation management and risk strategy, with the ability to navigate both state and federal litigation, as well alternative dispute resolution, to evaluate and implement the most effective and cost-efficient options. Joshua is also recognized for his work advising and counseling faith-based organizations, including Catholic dioceses, health care entities and professionals, and non-profits. 

Joshua handles a wide range of complex disputes, involving real estate and land-use transactions, lease agreements, commercial development litigation, franchise agreement disputes, contract disputes and health care. Joshua’s knowledge of state and federal laws, including state licensing requirements and federal regulatory frameworks, enables him to efficiently manage complex matters for brokerage firms, national property developers, hospital systems and corporate enterprises. Joshua also advises non-profit and faith-based organizations on corporate governance, development and legal issues affecting their operations.
