Kendra Loevenguth is a litigation associate in Polsinelli’s LA office. Kendra focuses her practice in commercial litigation, including all aspects of general and complex business disputes. Kendra also works with clients in a broad range of industries on labor and employment litigation matters, with an emphasis on harassment and race discrimination. Kendra has experience representing and defending employers in both sensitive single-plaintiff matters and high-stakes class action cases. She also defends employers in representative actions brought under the Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) and statewide government agency enforcement cases. Kendra also handles pro bono immigration cases, assisting clients apply for and obtain permanent residency in the United States.

In addition to her legal practice, Kendra serves on the Board of Directors for Girls Scouts of Orange County, a position she holds with honor and gratitude, having been a Girl Scout for twelve years and a recipient of the Gold Award.

While in law school, Kendra served as an associate notes editor for the Syracuse Law Review and was a member of the Syracuse Advocacy Honors Society, Trial Division. Kendra also completed a judicial internship for the Hon. William Q. Hayes in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California. In addition, she worked as legal research assistant to Professor Nina Brown, focusing on First Amendment law and freedom of speech.
