Keri Etheredge supports the Real Estate practice with an emphasis on transactions. Her responsibilities include:

• Corporate formations and preparation and compilation of organizational documents.
• Overseeing all aspects of diligence, including title requests and review, zoning and code search requests and survey requests and review.
• Document preparation and recording.
• Title commitment and policy preparation.
• Final closing binder compilation and other departmental support.

Before joining Polsinelli, Keri worked as a residential real estate paralegal and then as a commercial closing paralegal at several area law firms. She has been in the legal field for more than 20 years and has a strong real estate background. She has assisted in various commercial closing matters, including acquisition, financing, development and disposition.
