Kristen E. Andreoli focuses her practice on commercial real estate financing transactions, including large-scale loan originations, loan modifications and complex note and subordinate debt sales and purchases. She routinely represents institutional lenders, developers and other equity stakeholders in transactions.
Kristen also advises clients on real estate acquisitions and dispositions, including matters ancillary to ongoing real property holding and management. Kristen’s breadth of experience extends to a multitude of commercial real estate finance matters, including traditional mortgages, CMBS loans, construction loans, mezzanine and other forms of equity-based financing and loan defeasance transactions.
