Lauren is protective of clients’ assets and works diligently to protect them through risk management counseling, pre-litigation dispute resolution, alternative dispute resolution, arbitrations, trials and appeals. Throughout her career, Lauren has defended a wide range of commercial litigation matters, including over 20 class action lawsuits. In addition, she has significant experience with civil RICO litigation and litigation arising out of mergers and acquisitions. Lauren has also helped clients recover tens of millions of dollars in insurance coverage for a broad range of business losses.

Inside the courtroom, Lauren’s experience includes representing clients in hearings on temporary and permanent injunctive relief and class certification, in bench and jury trials, and oral arguments on pre-trial and dispositive motions before trial courts and oral arguments at the appellate court level.

Lauren’s insurance recovery counseling and litigation experience includes director and officer liability insurance, rep and warranties insurance, cyber liability coverage, professional liability, advertising injury claims, business interruption and property losses, stop loss coverage disputes, excess and reinsurance disputes, and product liability and product recall insurance.

In recognition of her leadership and dedication to the legal profession, Lauren was voted in as the 2022-2023 president of The Missouri Bar.
