Liz Liu represents domestic and international clients in a variety of banking, corporate, securities and regulatory matters. She regularly advises on cross-border transactions, in particular Chinese investments into the U.S., as well as general corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, banking and securities regulations, broker-dealer and investment adviser registration.
Liz endeavors to understand each client’s unique situation and needs and combines her legal knowledge and industry experience to help clients achieve their business goals. Prior to joining Polsinelli, Liz worked at two major international banks in New York, and also as a legal intern at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in Washington, D.C. Liz is fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese.
