Maira Huizar focuses on assisting financial institutions in structuring, documenting and securitizing commercial lending transactions.

Working closely with Polsinelli attorneys in the Capital Markets and Commercial Lending practice, Maira provides valuable counsel to issuers, loan servicers, operating advisors and asset representations reviewers with closing commercial mortgage-backed securitization and collateralized loan obligation transactions and resolving post-closing issues in connection with commercial mortgage-backed securitization and collateralized loan obligation transactions.

Prior to joining the firm, Maira served as a summer associate at Polsinelli.
