Maggie Toman enjoys helping clients find solutions to complex real estate matters. She provides counsel to clients across the real estate industry ranging from developers, investors, owners, borrowers, and lenders at all stages of transactions from letters of intent through contract negotiation, due diligence, financing and closing.

Prior to joining Polsinelli, Maggie served as in-house counsel for a local Midwest company and most recently worked for a large Midwest law firm where her focus included real estate, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters.
