- Served as counsel for talc claims and lawsuits arising in the state of California for a multinational cosmetics company operating in more than 100 countries.
- Successfully briefed and argued on behalf of a formerly pro se appellant before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals that a prima facie claim for disability discrimination against a union does not require a showing that the union breached its duty of fair representation.
- Successfully arbitrated and obtained judgment in client’s favor in a breach of contract case seeking recovery of costs incurred remediating groundwater contamination caused by the former owner/seller of an industrial property.
- Successfully obtained summary judgment for a client who was named in a personal injury lawsuit for injuries allegedly incurred as a result of plaintiff’s exposure to emissions resulting from the commercial operations of the tenant of the land, which was owned by the client.
