Michael Mazzola focuses on assisting national and state-chartered financial institutions as well as alternative lenders in structuring, documenting, and securitizing commercial lending transactions. He is committed to understanding each client’s business needs and brings his legal experience to suit the needs of each client. In addition, Michael has extensive experience representing developers in all aspects of property acquisitions, sales, leasing and management.

Working closely with Polsinelli attorneys in the capital markets and commercial lending practice, Michael provides valuable counsel to issuers, loan servicers, operating advisors and asset representations reviewers.

Prior to his legal career, Michael completed externships with a Boston-based asset management firm and a national law firm. While attending Suffolk University Law School, Michael was a Note Editor for the Suffolk University Law Review.
