Michelle Buckley’s experience in complex litigation gives her the tools to provide effective and innovative legal solutions to achieve clients’ desired outcomes and goals. She brings a collaborative and strategic brand of representation to each matter, and clients value her ability to zealously advocate for them throughout the entire litigation process. 

Michelle focuses her practice on business-related disputes, including complex contractual matters, construction, real estate, and product liability litigation. She currently serves as the Chair of the Construction Law Section of the Arizona State Bar.
