Monica Guzikowski is a shareholder in the Real Estate Finance practice group in Polsinelli’s New York office. Her practice focuses on representing both lenders and borrowers in connection with a variety of real estate financing transactions, including mortgage, mezzanine and construction loans across a wide variety of asset classes.

Monica also has extensive experience representing commercial real estate clients in connection with the acquisition and disposition of real estate assets, preferred equity investments, as well as the structuring and documentation of joint venture arrangements.
