Natalya Dvorson brings over a decade of experience advising clients on the development, protection and strategic deployment of intellectual property. With a background in computer science and a deep familiarity with complex technologies, she counsels companies on patent mining, patent prosecution, global patent portfolios, due diligence, freedom-to-operate, invalidity, and infringement opinions, licensing, and technology transfers.

Before joining Polsinelli, Natalya served as a partner at an IP-focused firm and previously worked as a software developer at Hughes Network Systems. She advises on IP strategy across complex technology landscapes, often at the intersection of innovation, regulation and commercialization.
