Natasha Ganesh advises hospitals, health systems and pharmacies complex health care regulatory and compliance matters. She works extensively with the 340B Drug Pricing Program, advising covered entities on eligibility, feasibility assessments, registration, contract pharmacy arrangements, Medicaid carve-in and carve-out considerations, audit preparedness, repayment obligations to drug manufacturers and enforcement risk. Natasha also assists covered entities with HRSA audits, including preparing responses to HRSA letters, reviewing contract pharmacy agreements and supporting audit strategy and corrective action efforts. She has experience facilitating manufacturer inquiries and audits, conducting contracting and manufacturer-related compliance reviews and helping clients navigate 340B operational and compliance challenges.

Her practice also focuses on fraud and abuse laws, government reimbursement and drug pricing issues, including counseling related to the Federal Anti-Kickback Statute, Stark Law, False Claims Act and Civil Monetary Penalties Law. Natasha also supports clients in responding to investigations and allegations involving potential False Claims Act exposure.

Before joining Polsinelli, Natasha served as a senior legal consultant with EY, where she advised clients on health care regulatory compliance, government pricing and enforcement preparedness.

Natasha earned her J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, where she received certificates in Health Law and Regulatory Compliance. She is a Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) professional and a 340B Apexus Certified Expert.
