Polsinelli Represents Aqueous in Acquisition of Principle Diagnostics

Polsinelli recently represented Aqueous Health (Aqueous), a health diagnostics platform focused on delivering innovative testing technologies and wellness solutions, in its acquisition of Principle Diagnostics, a leading diagnostic laboratory and provider of toxicology, infectious disease, genetic testing and related services.

This transaction expands Aqueous’ capabilities and allows the company to accelerate its growth as a leading provider of health and wellness diagnostic services.
