She also has experience in public finance, focusing on nonprofit senior living, affordable housing, healthcare transactions and other nonprofit organizations across the county. In this capacity, Sophie has served as borrower’s counsel, underwriter’s counsel and bond counsel on a wide variety of tax-exempt and taxable financings.
