Sophie represents financial institutions, commercial borrowers, private funds and private equity sponsors in complex lending transactions, loan modifications, acquisition financings and venture debt facilities. She also has experience in public finance, focusing on nonprofit senior living, affordable housing, healthcare transactions and other nonprofit organizations across the county. In this capacity, Sophie has served as borrower’s counsel, underwriter’s counsel and bond counsel on a wide variety of tax-exempt and taxable financings.
