Polsinelli Represents Bridge33 Capital in $117 Million 5th Street Station Acquisition

Polsinelli recently represented Bridge33 Capital LLC, in its $117.17 million acquisition of 5th Street Station, a 451,822-square-foot premier open-air shopping center outside Charlottesville, Virginia. Key tenants include Wegmans, Dick's Sporting Goods and Alamo Drafthouse.

“This transaction reflects the complexity of acquiring a significant retail asset while simultaneously assuming multiple layers of existing financing,” said Polsinelli Shareholder Genniveve D. Ramsey. “We are proud to support Bridge33 Capital on this strategic acquisition.”

The transaction included the assumption of three existing financing facilities: a securitized senior mortgage loan, a Mezzanine A loan and a Mezzanine B loan, each with a separate lender.

The Polsinelli team included Shareholder Genniveve Ramsey, Associate Shawn Rexroad and Counsel Ashley Fleishman.
